We work on a 24 hour turnaround. Any order that has been approved and payment processed by 2.30pm is manufactured and dispatched that same day. Delivery then takes 2-3 days depending on your location.

Yes, our preference for supplying artwork is a high quality black and white image in either pdf or jpeg format. Minimum 600dpi resolution is required.

No. It is very important to use the correct ink type as the wrong type can damage or destroy your stamp.
Yes, as long as it is a font available on a Microsoft PC just let us know. Fonts available on an Apple Mac are not suitable.

All claims for goods damaged in transit must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Approved claims will be replaced at no charge. Claims outside this period will not be recognised.
Ink replacement in the form of pads and bottles are available for purchase.
Yes, if you have an existing stamp unit, rubber replacements can be purchased to stick on.
